I use a pure water fed pole system — no soaps, no chemicals, just purified water that dries completely streak-free. Works great on second story windows too.
Done by hand with a squeegee and clean cloths. I take my time and make sure every window looks good before moving on.
Screens collect a lot of dust and pollen, especially out here. I clean them separately so they don't just dirty up your freshly cleaned windows.
I clear out all the debris, flush the downspouts, and make sure everything is draining properly. I'll let you know if I notice anything that looks off.
